What is the meaning of sustainability and what does it have to do with fashion?

Being sustainable simply means you are fulfilling your needs in an ethically responsible way that won't negatively affect the earth and future generations. Now being sustainable in the fashion industry means as a producer it is our responsibility to make products from sustainable materials, meaning it is ethically made and environmentally friendly. With 85% of ALL textiles end up in landfills every year, STARSTITCH is dedicated to reducing this number by only using secondhand and biodegradable products down from the bag to the packaging.
